Of cour\u00adse, this also appli\u00ades to other are\u00adas of socie\u00adty, such as cle\u00adver busi\u00adness and politics.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>And why then is it such a&nbsp;chall\u00adenge to make edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon more adap\u00adta\u00adble in the face of our cur\u00adrent cri\u00adses, to make it bet\u00adter today with an eye to the future \u2013 wha\u00adte\u00adver that may initi\u00adal\u00adly mean \u2013 and to make it more con\u00adtem\u00adpo\u00adra\u00adry? Why do novel\u00adties always feel new\u00adly&nbsp;new?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>For\u00adma\u00adti\u00adve examp\u00adles, such as the <span class=\"caps\">AI<\/span> appli\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons with an focus in Ger\u00adman edu\u00adca\u00adtio\u00adnal sys\u00adtem, whe\u00adrin <span class=\"caps\">AI<\/span> has been wide\u00adly acces\u00adsi\u00adble to all sin\u00adce the end of 2022, show that it is bet\u00adter to nego\u00adtia\u00adte and act tog\u00ade\u00adther, con\u00adsis\u00adt\u00adent\u00adly and quick\u00adly. How, then, can a&nbsp;com\u00adplex enti\u00adty and its actors \u2013 such as the (hig\u00adher) edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon sec\u00adtor \u2013 deve\u00adlop in such a&nbsp;way that it is always able to act con\u00adfi\u00addent\u00adly in com\u00adplex situa\u00adtions and that the peo\u00adp\u00adle in it can deal with chan\u00adge in a&nbsp;rou\u00adti\u00adne and healt\u00adhy way? So that the next par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar\u00adly big chall\u00adenge does not requi\u00adre an ad hoc, hec\u00adtic and exhaus\u00adting back and forth bet\u00adween rou\u00adti\u00adne and cri\u00adsis&nbsp;mode?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>This is whe\u00adre the frame\u00adwork of <strong>Ambi\u00addex\u00adtrous Agi\u00adle Edu\u00adca\u00adtio\u00adnal Lea\u00adder\u00adship (<span class=\"caps\">AAEL<\/span>)<\/strong> in Post-Digi\u00adta\u00adli\u00adty comes in with its idea of a&nbsp;way for\u00adward. The digi\u00adtal trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon is in full swing and has con\u00adtri\u00adbu\u00adted to the deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment of social, com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adti\u00adve and cul\u00adtu\u00adral chan\u00adges to such an ext\u00adent that it is now a&nbsp;mat\u00adter of cour\u00adse as part of the frame\u00adwork and the ran\u00adge of pos\u00adsi\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adties for the edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon sec\u00adtor. And thus, in a&nbsp;post-digi\u00adtal sen\u00adse, no lon\u00adger needs a&nbsp;demar\u00adca\u00adting dif\u00adfe\u00adren\u00adtia\u00adti\u00adon into ana\u00adlog and digital.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>The aim of <span class=\"caps\">AAEL<\/span> is to take respon\u00adsi\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty for edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon as the basis and goal of demo\u00adcra\u00adtic coexis\u00adtence and par\u00adti\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adto\u00adry inter\u00adac\u00adtion. An <span class=\"caps\">AAEL<\/span> addres\u00adses both struc\u00adtu\u00adral and per\u00adso\u00adnal aspects as well as cul\u00adtu\u00adral deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adments and con\u00adtex\u00adtu\u00adal con\u00addi\u00adti\u00adons.
